📜 Disclosure, Code of Ethics, and Privacy

1. Disclosure of Services and Limitations

Scope of Services: Mr Dog Club Inc. provides professional dog grooming services including bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and related care. These services are not a substitute for veterinary care.
Owner Responsibility: Owners must disclose all relevant medical and behavioral information about their pet prior to grooming, including allergies, skin conditions, injuries, or aggressive tendencies.
Health Requirements: All pets must be up to date on vaccinations as recommended by local health authorities. Proof of vaccination may be requested.
Risk Acknowledgment: While we take every precaution to ensure safety, grooming carries inherent risks, including (but not limited to) cuts, skin irritation, allergic reactions, or stress-related behavior. Mr Dog Club Inc. cannot be held liable for injuries, illness, or conditions that pre-existed or were not disclosed at the time of service.
Emergency Care: In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If the owner is unreachable, Mr Dog Club Inc. reserves the right to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

2. Code of Ethics

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to decline or stop grooming if a pet’s behavior or health poses a risk to itself or our staff.
Staff Protection: Aggressive or unsafe behavior from pets or owners will not be tolerated; our staff’s health, dignity, and safety are protected under this policy.

3. Privacy Policy

Data Collection: We collect only the personal information necessary for booking appointments, maintaining records, and providing grooming services. This may include owner name, contact details, and pet information.
Data Use: Information is used solely for internal business purposes and will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without consent.
Photos & Media: Images of pets may be taken for our showcase or marketing purposes only with the owner’s permission.
Data Security: All customer records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized staff.

4. Liability Waiver & Indemnification

By booking services with Mr Dog Club Inc., owners agree to release the company, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability for:

Injuries or health issues arising from pre-existing conditions, matting, parasites, or undisclosed medical issues.
Injuries resulting from the pet’s behavior (biting, scratching, sudden movements).
Reactions to grooming products despite our use of professional, hypoallergenic-grade materials.
Any damages occurring outside of our direct care and control.

Owners further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mr Dog Club Inc. and its staff against claims, damages, or expenses arising from their pet’s grooming appointment.
